Julie started kickboxing back in 1999 and started sweating under Deb Hall in 2001. Through her training with KJ, Julie was challenged both physically and mentally in her workouts and continues to be to this day. She started teaching classes in 2003 under the steady guidance of Deb Hall and now is considered to be the "Queen of Pain, Jr.". Julie enjoys to challenge people and get them to push themselves a bit further than they think they can be pushed. She enjoys new faces and spreading the sweaty joy of a good kickboxing class.

This fitness program offers a unique workout combining martial arts and boxing techniques to motivating music. Certified Instructors will assist you in becoming fit & string, plus meet new friends! All you have to do is show up & SWEAT! Bonus, refreshing cold minty towels during cool down.

Introductory Classes
Half hour instruction on the basic techniques of punching & kicking properly. Proper execution will get you in the best shape, plus lower your risk of injury. This class is not required, but strongly recommended for beginners, or even those that would appreciate a refresher. By appointment only with Julie 651-470-2707

Cardio Classes
Aerobic and strengthening workout to enhance your endurance, flexibility, muscle conditioning, & coordination. This whole body workout includes great conditioning drills with high energy!

Power Kickin'
Learn how to properly punch & kick padded targets to increase focus & application of technique while providing resistance to your workout. Gain muscle tone, agility, power, & control over your body. Plus hitting pads is a fantastic stress reliever!

All fitness levels welcome & go at your own pace! Great cross training workouts!
